Following is a sample of the letters we have recieved from patients over the last couple of years. Please note that Dr. Pollard does not ask her patients to write testimonials, and she is grateful for the kind words.
Dear Dr. Pollard, Rose, and Staff,
I want to sincerely thank you, Dr. Pollard, for the amazing job you did with my breast augmentation. My breasts look very natural and I could not be more pleased. One of my primary concerns was to avoid the stereotypical "boob job" look. You made sure to give me a range of reasonable volume sizes that would help me achieve that natural look. [Read more]

Dr. Pollard,
Thank you so much for taking so much time to help me feel better about my scars. I really appreciate it. The scar revision made a huge difference! You are one in a million. I am blessed to be a patient of yours. It is hard to be a “chick” in the O.R. All of your advice means the world! I think of you often in the O.R. no one compares! Please enjoy dinner! This is one of my favorite restaurants in the city.
Love,
GV

Dear Dr. Pollard,
I am writing to thank you for your exceptional care and compassion. I cannot even begin to express how grateful I am for the care I have received over the past few weeks. As a nurse, I have had the opportunity to work with several surgeons – I can honestly tell you that you are the kindest, most compassionate surgeon that I have ever met.
The extra time that you spent answering all of my questions and addressing all my concerns, meant the world. Your confidence and expertise truly helped me to stay calm when I was very nervous. I appreciate your thorough follow-ups, especially calling me after the procedure. I will never forget when you held my hand before the surgery. You are one in a million, and I fell blessed that I was able to have such an outstanding doctor. My only regret is not having the surgery done sooner! You have truly changed my life and I want you to know how thankful I am! God Bless you as you continue to provide your patients with excellent care!
Thank you from the bottom of my heart!
Sincerely,
Jennifer V.

Thank you so very much for all you for me. There are no words to tell you how comfortable you make me…and that wonderful trait of yours is NOT something you learned in a book.
Thank you for being the “doctor” I trust and a woman I truly admire.
Love,

Dear Dr. Pollard,
When I got out of the shower today, I took a good hard look at myself.
Two years ago, when I first met you, I had just been told I had breast cancer. I was a woman whose world had been turned upside down. Knowing I had to have my entire breast removed was more than I could handle. From the very beginning, you were honest, truthful, and very supportive. I appreciate the way you explained everything to me. I also appreciate the pictures, so I would have some idea of what to expect. By not “sugar-coating” anything, you allowed me to be realistic in my expectations. You told me a reconstructed breast would never look normal, but it would make me look normal in clothes…
Back to the shower – I took a really good look at myself, now that all the procedures are over, and I have to tell you...it has a scar and it doesn’t look like the other…BUT it doesn’t look bad!
I had to smile and laugh; you have given me a precious gift. I look like a woman and I feel like a woman! My breasts look normal in clothes, in bra, and even in a nightgown! I wanted to thank you again and let you know how truly grateful I am! God Bless you!
Love,
Patricia D.

Dear Dr. Pollard,
I want to thank you for doing my particular surgery and for doing such an amazing job. I have been so extremely happy since my breast reduction and I don’t think that a day will ever go by for the rest of my life where I won’t think about how grateful I am to have found you for my surgeon. I remember how much of a struggle it was for me to find a surgeon who was respectful of my wishes and would bring me down to my desired size.
Thank you for this.
Sincerely,
Wren W.
